Impressive class this year.

Allen is also Jerry's first Cowboy player into the HOF that wasn't a Jimmy Johnson draft pick (Irvin was drafted a year before Jones bought the team) so ...vindication!!! Suck that Jerry haters. He drafts Hall of Famers and you don't!

It never should have been a question that Allen would make it in over Strahan. Strahan had a few good years. Allen was one of the best for more than a decade.

I'm psyched. Very pleased that Larry Allen made it.

I also really liked Parcells when he was in Dallas. He brought hope were there was none. And he brought a lot of talent to the team. His press conferences were great. Also certainly respected him before, when he was in New York (He won that second Super Bowl, versus the Bills, almost by himself).

Unfortunately, Strahan will probably bump Haley next year.

@RonBorges: FINALISTS for the Pro Football Hall of Fame- Curly Culp, D. Robinson, Larry Allen, Jonathan Ogden, Parcells, Warren & Cris Carter.

@NFLCharean: Larry Allen was a nine-minute discussion. He was an easy case to make. One of all-time greats.

I should be excited about Larry Allen getting in but I'm just kind of meh.

Also, its so easy for WR's to get in anymore.

I remember telling my mom "Don't worry. I'm going to be 29 when Larry Allen get's into the Hall of Fame."

Very surprised to see Allen on the stage ... on NFL network. Speaking, public or otherwise, is not his strength. Nice to see Woodson and Ogden sort of taking care of Allen on stage. Feeding him lines, etc. I found it a little touching, actually.

That's nice of them.
