I'm sorry, I wasn't aware that I was having to type out a dissertation on a sports forum. My points are well documented, if you weren't trying to be deliberately obtuse you would see that the United States has a huge problem. We have enormous debt which are directly attributed to social programs (socialism) that have been in effect for over 50 years and have just added yet another social program that will likely make what we did have as far as debt, look like a blip on the radar.

Keep sitting around picking around the parts in someone's information as if it isn't legible instead of addressing the debate all you like and call them names. This is exactly my point. You have not presented any information to back your claims that we are just fine and nothing needs to be done about the debt ceiling.

This is an honest question. Is this you going back to college after being in the work force? Or is this you are in college and are like in your early 20s? Because I'm just really concerned that you think folks that are actually in the work force/have jobs/have businesses/pay taxes are so much less informed that someone that hasn't even had that experience.

College is not reality. It may teach you good things about how to face reality. But it hasn't been reality for a long long time, I suggest you stay there as long as they'll allow you to.

Well, I am in REAL WORLD REALITY 101 and the fact that BOTH dems and Repukes are selling out the taxpayers is the REAL reason why we are fucked.

And why is our nation in trouble? Because of overspending on BOTH sides.
