Romo got hurt despite being in-shape and a full participant in training camp, so ....
As for Dez, the dehydration thing can be blamed on Camp Softy, but not the foot problem. Non-contact injuries happen all the time.
It continues to be an issue....

Yes it is. But I think he more than proved last year that he's fine skipping it. Plus he has a legitimate back issue. A lot of these jokers are just trying to get out of practice whenever possible IMO.
Notice how last week, tons of players missed Wednesday, which not coincidentally is the hardest practice day of the week. In some ways it's the only "real" practice day they have anymore.
And then a bunch of them came back for Thursday and Friday, which is basically a walkthrough.
No coincidence the team performs like crap when this happens.
That's a fair question. Didn't he practice the first week on Wednesday but then went back to skipping the next?
It does almost seem like superstition at this point since it worked so well last year.
Maybe, but like bb said, it's kind of weird he didn't do it this week. I mean it's not like he's coming off playing a game.Either that or he and/or they have very legit concerns that his back wont hold up.
That is on the read headed idiot!!!Troy (on NY radio) just questioned why Tony didn't practice yesterday when he's had two months off and needs all the snaps he can get.
Garret's excuse/answer was because they wanted to get him back into his old routine which was to rest his back on Wednesdays
But after being off for two months the last thing he needs is rest
Garrett should have done everything to mitigate the rust factor and had him practicing to get his timing down
