I bet they roll out these same scrub players on defense next year.

If leave if I was Miranelli.

If Marinelli want to leave because of the friendship thing with Lovie Smith, there's really nothing we can do. If Jones can persuade him to stay with $$, I'm sure he will (or at least try)

There will definitely be some new players on defense next year.

One thing I'm thankful for is that we didn't lose due to Romo's poor play.

No ints. No fumbles.

Could you imagine the backlash had he turned it over?

Ps- I hate Murray

Fucking son of a bitch. Let is ass walk. Don't even think about re-signing him.

but throw the ball away instead of taking huge sacks

Hate the sacks. You have to kind of expect those now and then though. He makes so many positive plays in those situations. Take the good with the bad, I guess.

Romo was awesome the vast majority of this year and played extremely well in the postseason.

I don't hate Murray but that fumble today was an absolute killer. He was never a fumbler before this season, and I think they said that after the struggles he had early in the season he hadn't fumbled since week 7 or 8. He's really an all around good player and I love his fiery attitude, but I wouldn't re-sign him now unless it was a really cap friendly deal for us.

Right when we get a new RB coach. Randle and Dunbar also had their fumbling issues this year.

wherever Jerry "finds" a guy, he rarely lets the guy go because he has no confidence that they can find a similar or better replacement, so expect Murray to be back. of course, Denver has proven that any back can be successful behind a good 0-line.

main culprits

Sterling Moore
Murray fumble
couldn't get to Rodgers when it counted
Dez non-catch
clusterfuck before halftime. when you're inside their 30 with 40 seconds left, it is inconceivable that GB gets points before the half (either we score or no one does), but somehow we accomplished it.

3rd and 1 and decide to go shotgun instead of run
Not recovering fumble on kickoff return.

I'll be happy with letting Carr, McClain, Claiborne, Spencer walk.

NFL....National Flag League. Taking common sense out of the game for years.

If the ball is 1/2 yard down the field more and Dez does the exact same two step lunge and strikes the pylon or the goal line ball then the pops out on impact then is that not a touchdown or are stil nullifying the catch?

Since when is lunging for the goal line not a football move. Can't understand how you could not see that play any other way.

I would say he's 50/50 to be back. The things that help is there are a lot of good RB's in the draft and a few via free agency. Nobody is likely to break the bank to take him away. RB needy teams will have options.

That said, we have obvious areas where we need help too. That cap space could be best used on other positions, and then go with Randle and maybe a rookie RB next year.

Another interesting point... At what point is Dez down by contact? He makes the catch and contact is made by the DB before he hit the ground... If he were to not lose control of the ball and get up, they wouldn't have let him get up and run into the end zone. So maybe he should have been down by contact before he even stretched the ball out.

Its definitely fucked up. They overturn that but don't overturn Cobb's first half catch (even with what appeared to be pretty obvious evidence) then never even bother to look at the one at the end of the game that Crawford deflected.

Prefer Peterson.

Dear FOX, stop calling Murray fast. if he were fast, he'd have 2,500 yards this year.
