Fox showed a stat where Tony Romo is the highest rated passer in the 4th quarter in NFL history. Something like a 104 QBR.

Not so good when the game is close, though today might have upped his 74.something odd percentage.

Actually , one average team beat a bad team. Dallas should have won the game and did. I am not surprised or excited. Should I be?
