Why did that guy leave?

I never really said anything when he did it before, but he goes through weird phases.

One minute he loves it here, then he tells me "I quit" and leaves. He then goes to C-F and talks about how much he loves it, then gets sick of their shit and comes back.

Just a weird cycle.

I'm trying to figure out if this is the place to be when he's got his meds, or when he's off them.

Bummer for Dez. Hope this makes the coaches realize, that while Dez was good at PR and KR's. Don't put your starting WR back there.

The guy is a game changer.

I'd put the ball in his hands every chance we could, to include punt and kick off returns.

I forgot, according to Jerry. If you suck at ST's. you don't play. I still don't throw my #1 pick WR on PR's, or KR's.

Yes, and my how that turned out "well".

Bryant got hurt playing wide receiver in practice during the preseason, maybe we should sit him on the bench and talk about how talented he is.

There are three phases to the game of football, all of them can get you hurt, just ask Romo.

Well, how is Romo on ST's? I mean, hell, I haven't seen him out there in the past. Maybe he could help out.

If he gets hurt playing the position he is NEEDED more in and what he was drafted for. Then , so be it.

So, he has returned two for TD's. I believe Dallas still lost those games, or atleast one of em. It ain't worth it. McCann, Holley, They can handle the return duties.

How is special teams less important?

Bryant was drafted as a receiver and returns specialist.

Romo got hurt playing his position.

Bryant got hurt playing his position, returning a kick.

I gotta side with plymkr on this one...

I was never a fan of having your stars playing special teams unless it was absolutely needed.

I always refer back to the Jason Sehorn situation back with the Giants. They had a star and lost him to a kickoff that meant nothing.

We have/had no chance at making the playoffs. Dez Bryant had no place out there.

-1 for Garrett. Even though he's doing all he can to save his job. He's gotta be able to show what all other great coaches can... plug any player in a situation and get production.

He was drafted first and foremost as a WR. Get real, I know Jerry Jones is a dumbass, but, in no fucking way does ANY team (Aside from the Raiders) pick a KR/PR "specialist" in the first round.

ST's is VERY important. A starting WR is MORE important. Especially when they have some guys that can return kicks already.

I never said that.

If he wasn't drafted partly for his fantastic return abilities, then why was he doing it?

He is doing because he is quick, and returned in PR's in college. And the coaches want him out there. Who the fuck am I? I am just a little frog on lily pad in the pond man. I just don't agree with him being back there. And haven't.
