WHY HASN'T VICTOR BUTLER REPLACED SPENCER IN THE STARTING LINEUP??!!

Spencer is a proven disappointment. Whenever Butler is in the game, he is constantly causing havoc in the backfield and on the opposing QB.

Spencer has the bigger contract, but Butler is the better player.

It's evident to anyone watching that contract outweighs talent on this team.
