I still have high hopes for him but youre pretty much right

Agreed.

I still think he's going to be good... but I haven't seen dominant flashes from him. No sign that he'll be an elite, top 5 LT.

Which isn't a bad thing. He can still be very good for a long time. And I still love the draft pick. No way to know then that JJ Watt would be as good as he is. Tyron was the right pick at the time, and could you imagine our OL had we not taken him?
