Not that it would happen but if Jerry hired a GM or even an assistant GM..who would you want it to be? I say Darren Woodson. I know he doesn't have the experience but he has always been dead on in player evaluations and players respect him. He'll end up a GM somewhere.

Who would you guys pick?

I even want dbair's opinion.

Dan Reeves or steal one of the higher quality GMs from another team when the opportunity presents itself.

I think Bill Parcells would have been a good option to transition from the sideline to the GM role.

We're very unique in the way we're structured, so if we stack great days on one another, maybe we'll get back to where we need to be.

I would be against Woodson, or any other former Cowboy player. It would just be someone else Jerry would walk all over.

Eric DeCosta of the Ravens or Ron Hughes of the Steelers.

Two guys who cut their teeth on player personnel and climbed the ladder based on their success.

No owners. No owners' son. No players without any background in it. A real honest to God General Manager with a resume to warrant the job.
