Cowboys to visit with Janoris Jenkins

MOBILE, Ala. -- The Cowboys have a scheduled meeting with troubled yet talented cornerback Janoris Jenkins of North Alabama for Tuesday night here at the Senior Bowl.

Update: Jenkins, after meeting with the Oakland Raiders, said the meeting with Cowboys might not happen.
"No big deal, though," he said. "It might happen."

The Cowboys' scouts most likely will speak with Jenkins and provide a report to Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones and coach Jason Garrett.

I still think he'll be yanked off our draft board, as well as alot of other teams.

I really dont want him in any round. If somehow he made it to Saturday (4-7) I might consider it, but ultimately I think he's going to wash out.

considering him and Stephen both said the secondary was a major concern and would have new faces there, I tend to think you are vastly overreacting

I reserve judgement on Scandrick until he's been coached under Henderson. I've always said that Scandrick could be very good as a slot CB for us with much better coaching.
