I'd definitely cut ties with Colombo and Davis, and find their replacements this year, then fix the rest of the offensive line the following year.

This can't be fixed in one off season. If and when we are allowed to do so, I'd sign free agent Logan Mankins, and draft a RT later in the first.

If we don't get what we are looking for at 9, we need to move out of that spot then grab extra picks and select a guy like Carimi to play RT

Right there you have corrected two of the five offensive lineman. I think Free, Koiser, Gurode, Mankins, and Carimi would be an upgrade.

Maybe even move Kosier to right guard and place Mankins to the left guard position.

Kosier is a free agent. Makes no sense to re-sign him. What we need to do is move Gurode over to guard and have Costa at Center. And we can get some quality interior linemen in the middle rounds.

Well we are screwed either way, so why keep Williams? He's an overpaid, delusuional, narcisisistic malcontant #3 WR at best. This fucker is worse than T.O. At least T.O. produced.

Reaching there, but, I hear ya.

I still keep him another year, unless a younger WR FINALLY steps up or they get someone in FA. No, not another 31 yr old WR from a shitty ass rival team in the same fucking division.

And , do you remember Gurode at guard? I do. It was painful. Maybe he has improved? I doubt that.

As far as Kosier goes, if we can draft his replacement then fine, if not I would resign him another year.

First of all, who said anything about bringing in Moss? Yeah that 31 year old WR from a shitty ass rival only put up 1,000+ yards. But hey! Let's continue to overpay and keep an underperforming, lazy, malcontant, fool that runs his mouth much better than he does his routes. Why keep him for another year? What is another year going to do?

You think Gurode at center has NOT been painful? Well then ship his ass out of here. It's beyond ridiculous keeping him at Center. He's an embarassment.

It's this kind of mentality is why we are in the crapper. We hold on to players way past their time that they needed to have been cut loose. We did it with Adams, we did it with Colombo, and Kosier.

What I do not get that there is people who think that we should have parted ways with Wade after the 44-6 beating by the Eagles. Then there were people that thought we should have cut ways with Wade after last year's playoff game agaisnt the Vikings at 34-3. And now many of these same people want to hold ontop players like Davis, or Gurode, or Williams, and Kosier for "one more year".

Moss was brought up in another thread. Big deal if Moss put up 1k. Your point? I have stated I would rather Dallas get someone else, a younger proven vet maybe? but, keeping Roy right now is insurance.

And YES!! SHIP Gurode the fuck out!.. I completely agree with that.

I don't want Dallas keeping any of their O-line, but, if they do. Atleast keep Free. The rest aren't worth a shit. He isn't either, but, you know.

The point. When was the last time Williams sniffed 1,000 yards? THE POINT IS that Moss would be more effective for us than Williams. Let's get somethiong clear: I don't want either one of them. But a cheaper and far more productive Moss makes a hell of alot more than sense than Williams. At least Moss would come in here knowing that he'd be the #3 WR and have no problem with that.

I do want Moss.

I think he'd add another dimension to our offense. I think he'd excell as a slot receiver.

He would be such an upgrade over RW, it wouldn't be funny.

We have to trim cap money and you want us to pay for Moss? Seriously?

I agree.

I didn't want Moss at first, but no doubt in my mind will he be an upgrade to Williams.

But leave it up to Jerry he'll get rid of Williams and think Sam Hurd is the next big thing. Don't think so.
