Teams in Indianapolis fully Brandon Carr will end up a member of the Dallas Cowboys via free agency.

I've been talking to folks around the league about UFAs Carr and Finnegan this morn. I have strong indication that Cows favor Carr.

One longtime AFC scout told me he prefers Finnegan because he can move inside and play nickel. Carr plays out and is good in press coverage.

I hope this isn't a case where Dallas shows interest and then bows out as soon as the offers start flying.

Quite a bit of cap space out there this year, so teams might start throwing some ridiculous deals out there.

If a guy like Brooks gets $7 million per year, what is the price for a guy like Carr?
