I'd do her. You can always plant that face in a pillow.

Costa's strategy might be working. Must...sell...jerseys.

http://fansided.com/2013/07/06/dallas-cowboys-could-play-first-rounder-travis-frederick-at-guard/

When the Dallas Cowboys shocked the NFL world by selecting Travis Frederick out of Wisconsin in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft, they believed that he would be a starter from day one at center.

While the news was accurate, Frederick should be a starter, there is some potential that he could play a another spot along the offensive line that he was not drafted to play.

The news came from the Dallas Cowboys official website, that claims Frederick could make the start this year but as guard instead of center.

Obviously, there are lots of things we still need to know about the line. From left to right, there are plenty of question marks but let’s focus now on the middle. The Cowboys drafted the rookie from Wisconsin in the first round, giving us all the assumption he will be ready to take over at center when the season begins. Phil Costa’s 2012 season was hard to dissect, considering he missed nearly all of the year with back and ankle injuries. But he did have a stellar performance against the eventual Super Bowl champion Ravens. Still, Frederick’s draft status suggests he will be the starter – at some spot. Center is most likely but he could also swing out to guard if that proves to be a better fit for the entire offensive line.
The versatility from Frederick is a big reason for the Cowboys drafting him in round 1, so if he makes a start at guard, the Cowboys would still have an improvement along the offensive line which is all that they can ask for.

If Costa starts and Frederick plays Guard then it means we are paying either $1.7M (Livings) or $2.039M (Bernadeau) to sit the bench. Neither of their contracts really allows us to cut either one this year.

It's okay. It's a passing league.

The goal should be to get the 5 best OL on the field at the same time.

If Costa is one of the 5 best (doubtful, but the bar isn't set real high with Livings and Bernadeau) then it would make sense to start him at C and play Frederick at one of the G spots.

That said, I think Frederick starts at C, Costa and Kowalski will battle for one of the backup swing OL spots (both could backup either C or G), Leary will win one of the starting G spots. If Leary beats out Bernadeau then perhaps he gets to compete against Costa and Kowalski for that backup C/G spot.

I still believe if Livings isn't a starter he will be cut. He doesn't really offer any position flexibility.

Those two signings were so full of FAIL.

And it ain't all on Jerry's dumb ass. Callahan supposedly handpicked the pair of losers.

Bernadeau sucks on top of being a walking infirmary. If Dallas cut him today he probably wouldn't get signed by any other team.

He's got potential at center, IMO. I think he could be a decent back up C/G.

Livings is pure garbage though.
