We know we have three locks: Newman, Jenkins and Scandrick. I think that Thomas makes the team. That puts at at four corners. McCann, Ball, Butler battling for 1, maybe 2 spots. Tough calls. They have all shown things in pre-season. I think Butler could be snuck on the PS though.

We should carry 5 CBs: Jenkins, Newman, Scandrick, McCann, and Butler.

He isnt the only one. I havent been impressed with our tackling all preseason. I was really hoping with more practice in pad time, we'd see improved tackling. But so far I havent seen it from the team as a whole.

To be fair he is not the lone culprit. It's understandable to have some some breakdowns learning a new system but tackling issues have been a glaring eye sore from everyone this preseason.

I'm a negative SOB a lot of times but I truly don't see how Ball helps this team when we really could do better. He is another in a long line of Jacques Reeves clones that plague this team for far to long.
