OU overrated? I think most people expect them to get rolled. Aren't they like 17 point dogs?

OU came to play tonight. They normally get bitch slapped in games like this and my "overrated" comment was directed at them because they undeservingly got into a lot of these BCBS games or championship games, only to get dominated.

The Switz is probably smiling big so far tonight.

Don't feel too bad, dbair. I want OU to win but I expected something about like what you predicted.

I'm a big fan of this freshman QB. This is the first time he's played like this all year, though.

Wouldn't at all be surprised if Bama still won, but at least it's a good showing.

Oh, and you mentioned Switzer:

Maybe McCarron will slip to us at 18 after this game. Where is he predicted to go?

Anyone hear Corby on the Ticket today? He is in New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl, said he hung out with Switzer and Lacewell down there, last night I guess it was. He said Lacewell was totally trashed.

Switzer goaded Lacewell into telling Corby what a "miracle of medicine" he was. Said he's had something like 6 heart bypasses, 16 stints put in, and has an aneurism that acts up from time to time, which he has a doctor's appointment on the 21st to check out. Despite all that, and at 76 years old, the guy just doesn't care... he's not gonna stop drinking.

How are we so lucky that the people who need to go away from this franchise are indestructible?

LOL

Not too surprised... Lacewell has always looked like shit. Now I know why.

Barry on the other hand has lived pretty hard and has aged better than anyone.

Also, who is this freshman RB Henry for Alabama... My God.

Too bad Corby didn't use that trashed moment to get inside info on Jerry's intentions. These two guys are always at Jerry's ear and just like Jerry, what better time to get info than when they are downed by alcoholic contact.
