Well the alternative was Vaughn and that guy blows donkeys.
From your vast knowledge of him. LOL

How do you possibly keep Weeden in there if he is this terrible? How is it possible they weren't coaching him up, showing him where he was missing the open receivers and instead, forcing the ball into coverage.

This was a coaching failure Sunday.

They probably didn't pull him because the game was still within reach until the 4th quarter. I mean those two plays were on two different drives in the 3rd when it was 14-10. And we had a FG blocked that would have made it 14-13. The defense did enough to keep us in the game and they thought, hey maybe Weeden could hit one wide open receiver and get us a score to go up. Show him all the guys he's missing on the sidelines and maybe he finds one the next drive.

But it's hard to blame the play calling when receivers are running free all over the secondary, and just aren't getting the ball because they're not the first read.

Yes. Garrett did little if anything to help Weeden out.

It was also an execution problem, Weeden sucked out loud.

It was also a Front Office problem, because Jerry should have made Orton live up to his contract or traded him and got value for him. Instead, he's playing in Buffalo and we have Chad Hutchinson Part 2 standing there staring, like bbgun at a junior high school dance.

We didn't pull him because our coaching staff has no stones.

If your QB is playing like absolute shit... and Weeden was, then pull him. It was only close because of Patmons pick six. Nothing Weeden showed indicated he would give us any chance in the game.

Yep, the game was nowhere near as close as the score. The offense just didn't anything and the defense can't be counted on to stop anyone on 3rd down or get a turnover when its most needed. Red Jesus abandoned the run and Weeden threw the ball everywhere but to receivers.

Take away the pick 6 and the garbage-time TD to Dez and we lost that game 28-3.

Dez didn't even look as if he was expecting that pass. Maybe because he hadn't fully completed his route?

Murray was open as well. Yet he throws it into basically triple coverage of Dez. Yes... this is a Garrett QB.
I bet Dez thought he was throwing to Beasley too...

It sucked out the wide ass, we made NO adjustments in our quarterbacking, or our scheme. The offense simply did not do its part Sunday, for a variety of reasons both known and unknown.

No scheme is going to help Weedon. The guy belongs in another profession. Jerry and Garrett are idiots for signing him. Should have drafted Manziel (yea im still going there).

You call Jerry an idiot and then you co-sign him for wanting to draft Manziel. Kind of makes you an idiot as well. WTF is Manziel doing right now? He couldn't even beat out Hoyer. He is going to likely have a short career.

You couldn't be more wrong if you tried. Wrong, wrong, wrong.

It's not even that I don't like Manziel, I do. It's just that playing in Dallas and for Jerry is the worse possible thing that could have happened to him. We dodged a bullet.

Everlasting's standard comebacks always seem to involve several dicks. That and his twitter feed has me wondering about him.....

You are entitled to your own opinion. This might be Romo’s last NFL season. Then what?

Yep, we definitely need a QB of the future. Manziel is a talented kid. His issues are discipline and there is none here. You're not wrong about Manziel being good. My take is your wrong that we should have drafted him. Zack Martin was the absolute right choice.

It should be tough to figure out my twitter name.... cmd34

Also, it's hard not to scroll down my twitter feed and not notice the penis collage or random chicks getting gangbanged. Not really the norm on twitter.

Manziel needs to mature. In a lot of ways but I think he is in the same mold as Romo. Same type of skill set, just faster and quicker. A kid that can win games on his own, much like Romo does. If he ends up a bust, i would be shocked and have to admit I missed the mark big time on this one. I felt Manziel and Carr were the best QBs. I think Carr has done ok so far. I do like Martin. I think he is a great player. That said i still would have taken #2 over him. QB position is just too important. If the Browns sign Hoyer long term, Manziel could be traded. Not impossible.

He couldn't beat out.... Hoyer.

C'mon now. He is too short and too dim witted for the NFL game.
