This thread and others are suggesting Aikman in a John Elway-type role. Woodson has the same non-experience as Aikman.

They would both be great IMO. Either one is better than what we have now. Why not both? There's plenty of money to go around and there will be plenty of reasons to hire as many good FO people as possible after this season ahead.
