The economist online

The wall street journal

My local paper

And I used to read the bbc online

I wouldn't call any of them non biased, but that is what I enjoy reading.

No such thing.

Thats what I'm finding.

I really like listening to Hannity and Rush. I'm not dumb enough to take everything they say as Gospel.

It'd be nice to find something to watch or read that was literally "down the middle". I'm sick to death of the far left and right.

They are entertainers, the problem is people take them at their word and believe them.

sigh

Sheik case in point. If you want to be like dbair, politically, or anyway for that matter. Tune into Rush and Sean everyday and don't forget to take notes.

I doubt any of us will live to see it, but there needs to be a central party. Call it the "people party". They could run on common sense and the "real" issues.

Who gives a fuck if Chaz and PJ wanna buttfuck each other down the isle? Illegal means illegal. Fix the economy. No more career politicians.

/end rant

What we need is an end to the two party system, lobbyists, and career politicians.

end the career politician thing first...TERM LIMITS would end people thinking of themselves and how to stay in Washington for life, and instead they'd go there with the best interests of their disctricts/people etc etc in mind

That'd be nice.

The rhetoric from both sides is what is ruining this country. You have so many people brainwashed into a specific line of thinking. Everything is black and white and there are no shades of gray. It is pathetic you can't have discussions with people like that and you certainly can not have an open honest exchange of ideas. The two party system and the whole liberal/conservative rhetoric is what is wrong with political scene in the US.

eh...I still think its more of an issue with being able to stay up there for life...end that, and it'll end alot of the problems IMO

It is a problem, absolutely, that is why I mentioned it. But your line of thinking is also a huge issue. You are brainwashed, believe it or not. Your way is the only way, and you don't listen to other solutions, or at least not that I have seen.

There are "liberals" who are the same way so I am not putting all the blame on the "conservatives"

I'm not brainwashed, I didnt need anyone to tell me what to think.

There are certain things I firmly believe in and believe its the right way to do things. Lower taxes, less government involvement, less regulation in private business, allowing the free market to work, strong national defense, am firmly against abortion (unless its in cases of rape or when a mother's life is in danger) etc etc

Dick Morris. One of my favorite politicians.

Only because he's a crazy mfer. I remember him yelling at Alan Colmes in 08, even pretty much calling him a brain dead liberal.
