For years we've had players who just want to collect a paycheck and nothing else so we do lack leadership. I talked to another fan who got an autograph from Bradie James in Baton Rouge at some event recently. One guy in the crowd said "I don't like the Cowboys," and James said "I don't like the Cowboys either, they just pay me handsomely." It's the way this team has been operated for a long time now.

Yeah, I seen this segment. He's right though, but the one thing he's wrong about is the talent.

We need more of that at the safety and defensive line positions. If we could only get another sack threat opposite Ware and a player like Jenkins at DE, or Huff, Abram or Landry we'd be better on the defensive side of the ball.

With the addition of those guys it would help on the leadership end. Offensively we need a healthy Romo all season long and help on the offensive line, but that's going to take time.
