I do not understand the Costa love at all. He aspires for mediocrity. I don't even think he's a good #2 Center.

Says a guy who really believes Taylor Mays has a place on an NFL defense

We should add both.

Not true. We can do without a vet WR moreso than a guard. We had a a vet #3 WR and he netted 500+ yards. With Witten, Austin, and Miles getting the looks, the 4th receiver whether the 3rd WR or the 2nd TE as in Bennett, more than likely will net the same and Bennett is certainly capable of getting those numbers.

What "vet WR" is out there that's even worth a look?

I sure as hell wouldnt trade a 4th+ draft pick for one. Lee Evans would have been a very bonerizing addition though.

There will probably be a couple interesting vets available after the final cuts.

I wont be too surprised if we add a veteran WR, veteran OL and veteran DB (maybe even two) before week one.

I'd be interested to see who that is. I'd love to have a Devon Bess on this team but he's probably too costly. It really depends on what they think of Harris. Reports are saying he excels in the slot and stuggles when he's on the outside.
