I don't live in Texas but it is always good to check public records to make sure yours are in order. Check you deeds, property tax records, and voter registration. It only takes a few minutes and with everything getting hacked these days, you never know what you may find.

I had an in-law that found out her property taxes that she paid in person in cash were not getting credited to her account. Don't ask why she paid in cash, but she got receipts and kept them.

Thank you for cleaning up the Texas voter rolls. Every state should be doing this. That is 1.1 million less ballots for the demonRATS to use for fraud.

In Texas, you are registered to vote by County rolls. Check with you county voter web site. If you already have a voter registration, you can enter your Reg. # to check.

Beautiful Full Moon coming up in the late afternoon / early evening sky.

I don't have a good photo. My phone camera is not good enough to capture a high resolution picture.

Perhaps some of you can capture a good picture of the moon rising tonight.

So what are the pros and cons to federal monitors?

FWIW, I voted in Dallas and felt confident there wasn't any obvious way to cheat during the voting process. What happens after I inserted my vote into the tabulator is anyones guess and thats where it seems shenanigans could take place

I have a buddy who is working at the Dallas county election department as an early voting inspector and he says there are many issues with voting in Dallas that could even allow someone to vote multiple times, bottom line is it sounds like things are deliberately opaque and complicated for whatever reasons. Here's a screen shot of the text exchange if anyone is interested:

Tbh, after I selected my choices in Dallas County, and the machine printed out my ballot, I did not look at the ballot, to see if the choices I had made on the touchscreen, were now on the ballot, before I inserted the ballot in the tabulator machine.

I tried to look but the print was too small for me to read without my glasses
