Anthony Spencer not fined for Tom Brady hit

when they showed the replay I felt like the punter saw him and leaned into him. Spencer needs to avoid that still but they shouldn't reward floppers.

I agree, he definitely shouldnt have even got that close. But it was still an acting job by the punter.

Right. Just because we think it shouldn't have been a penalty, it still was. The flag was thrown, and yards given/taken. So in fact it was a penalty.

Are you guys correcting RTH's inaccurate posting style? Or actually saying the flag on roughing the passer shouldn't have been thrown at all?

EDIT: I guess the bolded part answers the question for me. I have to go rewatch the play, becuase I thought it was ticky-tack, but the right call.

I thought it was ticky tack. Could have went either way. My biggest problem with it was right when it happened, there was no flag. It didn't come until after Brady looked for the ref and started playing up for it. If the flag would have immediatly came out, I could live with that.

Yeah. I thought the same thing. It makes you wish we'd go back and stomp on Brady's throwing hand if we're going to get the flag, anyway.

I can't stand Brady more than any player and even athlete for that matter. He's dumb as shit and he's a douchebag on top of that.

Oh, and that's the same Ron Winters who lets Romo get killed. There are obviously different standards for Brady.

Both penalties were just idiotic.

The one on the punter was probably one of the dumbest penalties I've ever seen.

Just trotting along runs right through his leg. Just dumb.

The Brady penalty was stupid too. The ball was out well before and he could have avoided doing it, and should have. If people suspect that Brady will get those calls, why even leave it up to the official.
