Tough loss, would have loved to seen a healthy Spencer play opp Ware in this defense.

Hopefully Selvie continues to play well. Maybe after signing Nevis they might play Rayford more at DE.

I would think they'd be looking around at DE's too, whether its free agent, someone on a practice squad or maybe a trade.

The hindsight is grueling.

I'm sure the medical staff were warning Jerry about Spencer before the franchise tag: "Andtheknee, Jerry, is not going away." And all Jones heard was...well...Spencer should not go away.

Anybody remember several weeks ago when Spencer made some sort of strange cryptic comment to reporters? About his injury, he said something to the effect that "the Cowboys know what's really happening." At the time it sounded like he might have been blaming trainers, but I don't recall the particulars.

Speaking about Ratliff, I don't think he's injured. I joked a while back that this was just Dallas' way of passively punishing him for the DUI and for almost ripping Jerry's head off......I'm totally on board with that now.

They couldn't afford to cut him so they just tell him he's hurt and now he's gonna sit.
