Wow, just wow. The lengths you will go to.

Yeah, facts always fuck you up don't they? Career 8.8 yds per reception. I'm sorry dude, but that is just fucking awful. Hell there are RB's and even some FB's who average more yds per catch than that. 7 career TD catches..

If we had a WR like that on our team you'd be chewing the team up for wasting a roster spot on him.

So Belichick is just that stupid for signing him to a fairly big contract?

Hey, I admit never thought he could play when he was here, either. But it looks like he can play a little.

David, you really don't have a clue what you're talking about. Honestly, have you watched him play at all?

His average is a reflection of how he has been used. If you're only catching the ball 2-3 yards upfield you're average isn't going to look pretty no matter how consistent you are in turning those 2-3 yard receptions into 8-9 yard gains.

He had 26 receptions between the Washington game and the San Francisco tie game.

Of those 26 passes, he caught 7 of them further than 5 yards down field and only 4 of those were 10 yards or more downfield with a long of 19.

19 of his 26 receptions in those two games were on passes that traveled 5 yards or less beyond the line of scrimmage.

11 of those receptions came on passes that were 2 yards or less downfield, 3 of them were behind the line of scrimmage.

His average is a reflection of how he has been used. Simple as that.
