Well, thanks to our GM who has been chicken shit to take risks, I think we are going to have a hard time finding a real HC. Belichick will have his choice of either NY team (IMHO). The problem that Dak Prescott is a coach killer!

Did I read that Jones does not want Dak to run because he doesn't think the risk of injury is worth it?😂

Jason Witten? That would be tough. He is likely still friends with Dak. We need someone who doesn't give a fuck about your feelings, like Jimmy and Landry.

To answer how can we regress so bad in a single season, the signs were there last year. We got our asses handed to us many times when we faced a team with a ral QB. Yes we did beat the Lions at home, which only proves there is an exception to every rul.

We beat up on teams with bad QBs. We had a miraculous season from DeRon Bland, which can't be counted on to happen every year. And we lost a lot of players to pay Dak and Lamb.

Now I get there will be peopel on here who say we need to build around Dak. We need to use the number one pick on an OL, a RB, another WR, whatever.

I believe that if a QB is there and we do not take a chance on him it will be a mistake! Yes, then what do we do with Dak? Figure out what to do with Dak later if the guy we drafted is actually any good. Use the other rounds to build around Dak in case the rookie QB sucks.

I heard Broaddus and the other fool say, "Look at Buffalo, they paid Josh Allen and they can still put a team together.

I looked at Spotrac.
Josh Allen's cap hit in 2024 is ~30 million.
Dak Prescott's cap hit is ~43 million.

What could be done with 13 million? Well probably nothing knowing Jerry.

The percentage of cap Dak is taking up in 2024 is 16.99%
The percentage for Josh Allen is 11.89%

Brain Broaddus talks out of his ass!

When it was time for Josh to get his payday, he told everyone that would listen that he wanted to sign a team-friendly contract. He didn't say I need to be paid what I'm worth. So how can Broaddus say that it is not Dak's fault because Jerry gave it to him while knowing there are two sides that need to make the deal?

Since for whatever reason he's incompetently sitting on 24 million of free cap space.
Just read on the website that Jerry might make a couple of trades this week, so maybe that is what the 24 million is for.

I hope the trade doesn't leave me scratching my head like the Trey Lance trade did last year. Hopefully, it will be for a player who can get on the field and isn't a UDFA next year.

If I have to give up a 4th at this point, then I'd rather just play out the season and try to draft a player who can be on the team for 4 years.

NYG owner has already committed to Dabol ad the GM for another season, I guess anything can always change, but he publicly said he would not fire them and they'd be back for 2025.

Belichick wont be working for the NYJ.

Witten is not ready to be a NFL HC yet, but honestly it wouldnt surprise me if Jones did something like that, he would think Witten is just like Dan Campbell. Hell Jones is so fucked up he might think Jason Witten IS Dan Campbell.

Its even worse when you compare Dak's ridiculous deal to guys like Sam Darnold. And the Stealers actually have not one but TWO QB's rated above Presturd. Even Joe Flacco is having a better season than Quincy Prescott, and he makes about 1/20th of what 4 makes.

Indeed. Have said the same thing myself numerous times now.

Other than that cock gobbling communist hag talking and laughing, I can't think of much else I wouldnt rather watch than the Cowboys.

Rico Dowdle is in pretty fair company.

Also shows how pathetically ignorant Jones and McCarthy are for continuing to waste plays on Zeke when Dowdle is FAR better.
