JJ can hire Witten or any other Coach who is dumb enough to accept the job. Won’t make any difference. As long as JJ controls the team we fans are screwed. There is not a coach on earth that can fix the Dallas Cowboys with JJ as owner/gm. Might as well trade parsons and every player that has trade value and get ready for life after JJs time on earth is over. Then we have to pray SJ has enough sense to let real football people run the show. I know that is wishful thinking but at this point that’s all I have to grab on to. I will not watch the Cowboys for the rest of this season and possibly longer nor will I buy any DC merchandise. They have lost me. Sad….Very Sad!

Lamb does bust his ass and he does care...so do a lot of others. I think Dak does as well. But that alone isn't enough.
The one guy who I think does NOT bust his ass is Jerry Jones. Jones delegates and then makes the final decision. What Jones should be doing is spending 10 hours a day watching tape and looking at players in college and the NFL. Jones seems ot react to conditions rather make make the conditions happen.
I don't think Jones does that. How can he have time for the United Way and all the rest and still put in 10 hour days 6 days a week? He delegates and that is not what a full-time GM ought to be doing.
