jackson powers-johnson, oregon. 6' 3" 334 lbs is the #1 guy IMO and he owned everybody he went up against at the senior bowl practices. won 2023 rimington trophy in college which is awarded to the best center. played as guard for 2 years and center for 1 year. didn't allow a sack his entire college career. only allowed 3 hurries and 1 qb hit entire college career. ***THIS IS THE HOME RUN 1ST ROUND PICK***

sedrick van pran, georgia. 6' 4" 310 lbs. 4-star recruit out of high school. allowed 1 sack entire college career. didn't allow a qb hit entire college career. athletic, good size for a center. smart, ideal for zone blocking schemes.

zach frazier, WVU. 6' 3" 314 lbs. 3-star receuit out of high school. stats not as good as the others . broke his fibula november 2023 but will be good for NFL combine and pro day. sneaky athletic. better in tight quarters than blocking in space

I just watched a sizzle reel for Jackson Powers-Johnson

Man, I really like this kid.

I love the way he gets into the second level. He is always looking for someone to hit. When he gets up a head of steam on his way into the second level he is knocking kids 2-3 yards back and on their ass! He’s pancaking dudes left and right.

This kid is already strong. He will be a beast after 1-2 years in a NFL strength and conditioning program.

Def wont be disappointed with JPJ, but the homer in me says Georgia's Sedrick Van Pran might be better. He definitely went up against the better competition week after week in the SEC and the college playoffs/bowls.

First post Senior Bowl mock from PFF.

Amarius Mims would be a MASSIVE (no pun) upgrade over Steele at RT. Georgia was a completely different offense when he was on the field this year. Not sure what I think about Texas DT T'Vondre Sweat, I kind of like their other DT better to be honest.

  1. (24) Dallas Cowboys: T Amarius Mims, Georgia
  2. (56)Dallas Cowboys: DI T’Vondre Sweat, Texas

SVP gets a pretty good endorsement from duke the OL guru

Like I said yesterday, I like the Oregon kid but even though I am a biased homer, Van Pran is the #1 guy to me. Plug and play starter and probably a perennial probowler for a decade. Has been outstanding in the best conference for quite some time.
