Horrendous clock management, have no idea why with two timeouts left they wouldnt use one on that Gallup completion. Instead they wasted a bunch of time, then got flagged for a holding.
But the officials have been fucking awful. How many times have they interfered or held Gallup now? Not even borderline stuff, all of them were blatantly obvious.
Prescott got crushed in the head by a Chargers guy and no flag there, but they had no problem eagle eyeing that one on Kearse, which clearly wasnt intentional.
Overall though, this looks like a battle of two painfully mediocre teams.

They really arnt though. Several bad throws by Herbert.
At least we have had some pass rush tonight and the run D (so far) has been pretty good. But Charger receivers and TE's are easily getting open downfield.

I don’t care what happens
If a ball hits a WR in the hands he needs to catch it. Regardless of anything else that happens or doesn’t happen.
Bad throws out of his reach are one thing
But if he gets his hands on the ball he needs to catch it. Period
They need to go back to what he was good at. Sideline toe tap at the boundary type catches. That was his bread and butter and where he excelled.

I really thought the starting OL would be better this week. Another week to get healthier and full week of practice.

Poorly coached.
But when you have a GM that doesnt run a real football operation and lets players do whatever the fuck they want during the week, this is what happens.
I am just stunned though at how bad the OL is. I could sort of understand it last week, but the Chargers defense is not good and these guys cant block anybody. All 5 of them have been horrible tonight.

Outstanding performance by Dak though, terrible o-line play and all.
He can help them by TAKING OFF WITH THE BAAAAL once in awhile. Statues trying to stay on their spot, HURT the offensive line.

Most of our self inflicted wounds and penalties are a direct result of poor coaching
There are almost no Jimmy(esque) chew your ass out for making a mistake type coaches nowadays.
All these Uber rich prima donnas don’t get a coach in their face chewing their asses out when they screw up anymore. They have nothing to fear (or respect) anymore
Coaches nowadays don’t want to upset their players delicate sensibilities by holding them accountable for their poor play
