Which is more of a measuring stick for good QB play?

Did SF "invest" in it or just get lucky they found two good players? They were 3rd and 5th rd picks.

Now Baltimore you could definitely make that claim. They traded for R Smith and paid him big $, and Queen was a 1st rd pick.

That said, these guys are all really good.
