I've said for 30 years.... It's got to be changed. It's got to be 100 percent full time officials who work no other job but NFL officiating. Who do nothing else but train year round... Who can get cut for being fuckin stupit.
The reason we have ANY instant replay is THE OFFICIATING SUCKS! So embrace that. It's a decades old problem. Just accept that and FIX IT.
