Really nice win on the road, missing a lot of key guys and others stepped up.
We overcame some knuckleheaded penalties of our own, a few untimely drops and some horrendous non-calls by the refs to win the game.
Have to see how we came out of the game injury-wise. DLaw was having a monster night until the foot injury, he came back in but did not look as explosive.
Very limited reps but Jason Peters looked pretty good at LG, Tyler Smith was sensational other than a false start and a hold.
Lamb redeemed himself from one really awful (and inexcusable drop) and dropped another ball he should of caught (granted, it was tipped) but on the GW TD drive he came up huge. Noah Brown has turned into a legit NFL WR. Love the young TE's but Hendershot had a couple bad penalties and Ferguson's 2nd effort at the end of the game was a mental mistake.
They need to make these last two games really count by beating a bad Deadskins team. They can also beat the Rams, neither Wentz nor Stafford are anywhere near as mobile as Burrow or Jones, who each saved probably 4-5 sacks with their legs and extended a number of drives with big scrambles.
If they take care of business vs Washington, even if they lost to the Rams AND Eagles they have a really good chance to be at least 5-3 at the bye despite all the injuries and leaning on some young guys.
