Lamar Jackson just aired it the hell out, 62 yarder to Desean Jackson...
And they lost the game.

Was reading this morning that this year, Lamar Jackson is statistically one of the worst QB's in the league in the 4th qtr.

Declining that fifth year option is looking like less of a good idea every day...

Yeah not sure what they were thinking with that.

Now they have to franchise him and hope he signs the tender, or give him a long term deal with a bunch of money.

Otherwise one of their best players is gone and they get nothing but a comp pick for it.

Dooms nailed it 100% on Russell Wilson in the offseason.

His Seattle coach masterfully masked the many flaws of Russell. For years. And now the same coach is getting pro bowl work out of a guy what was written off as a scrub. And the rest of the world now sees what RW really is.

It's a prime example of our "coaching matters and it matters a lot" mantra.

It might well depend on whether McDaniels is still there or not. Far from a guarantee at this point.
