The season sucked overall, but there were a few bright spots IMO. I think there's a few of the young guys that showed some promise.
Cee Dee is obvious, I think he is going to be a bigtime player and a likely #1 WR very soon. Drafting him might mean Cooper is expendable as they need to retain Gallup. Cooper could be trade-bait before or during the draft now.
Donovan Wilson and Trevon Diggs in the secondary look like legit quality starters with upside.
Connor McGovern on the OL looks like a solid starter with upside on the interior OL. Rookie Tyler Biadasz definitely looks like a keeper and long-term solution at C (needs to improve shotgun snaps IMO)
Neville Gallimore had some flashes of good play and appears to have upside, this will be a big offseason for him. if he can pan out next yr, that would be four legit starters from the 2020 draft.
Maybe with a different dope policy in place, Randy Gregory can finally become something here. I thought he showed pretty well after returning. I still love Demarcus Lawrence for us and I think he had a good year.
Dalton Schultz might never be an elite level starter, but he showed he can be a very dependable player and while getting a more dynamic receiving TE should be something they look for, at worst Schultz should be a very good #2 TE.
Won't get much attention, but this punter that took over for Chris Jones, Hunter Niswander was pretty damn good and has a really good leg. Jones had been pretty mediocre the past couple seasons.
