The Goeddert play and Gregory's "roughing" were two of the worst back to back penalties in quite some time.

On the play before the Goeddert play, Jeffrey showed the exact definition of offensive PI by extending his arm to push off, and they ignored that. Then turned around and call that's lousy one on the Goeddert play. At least it didn't really end up materring, as the defense sucked a donkey dick and gave up the TD anyway.
