I wonder if the training methods are too heavy weight intensive and not enough flexibility related. Small sample size but seems like the more muscular I've gotten, the less flexibility I had

It should be no surprise at all. He is pulling a Dez Bryant.

He’s going to ball out this year. Get a huge payday that he doesn’t deserve. Then go back to mediocre performance ever other year of his new contract
