Another thing about culture change, would Romo want to get back in when Dak is on a roll?

We could be 10-0 and Romo would "want" to come back

He wants a SB and I'm sure he realizes that this season is his last shot

This is all Dak. We've seen what Garrett has done with other QB's besides Romo. Jerry might think Garrett is some QB guru but the rest of the world knows better. We just lucked out getting Dak.

I don't know if we necessarily lucked out with Dak. Seems like the Cowboys were all over him during the pre-draft process.

What's worse is that Romo tends to press, and that's where his mistakes crop up.

Can you imagine how much he wants to press now that Dak is seeing such success and that now there is a legitimate QB controversy swirling around?

no shit and he is almost never willing to throw the ball away and move on to the next play when things fall apart, thats probably going to be exacerbated when he comes back

I really wonder how much he gets coached and if they are reticent to even attempt to reign him in

I love the fact that he flat out told Dickerson that he was coming for the rookie rushing record!

Dak Prescott establishes rookie mark for passes without pick

ARLINGTON, Texas -- With a 13-yard completion in the first quarter to Brice Butler, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott established an NFL rookie record with his 135th straight pass without an interception.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz saw his interception-less streak come to an end in Sunday's 24-23 loss to the Detroit Lions with a pick on his 135th pass of the season.

Prescott and Wentz had been trading the record in recent weeks. The previous rookie record was 95 by the Cowboys' Chad Hutchinson in 2002.

Prescott entered Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals with 1,019 yards on 90-for-132 passing with three touchdown passes in the Cowboys' 3-1 start. Tom Brady has the most passes to open a career with 162 passes without an interception in 2000-01.

Prescott still has a way to go to set the Cowboys' record by any quarterback. Troy Aikman went 216 attempts without an interception in 1999. Aikman had a string of 184 passes in 1995, and Tony Romo had a string of 174 passes without a pick in 2013.

Zeke only needs 1269 yards in the next 11 games to beat the record

That's "if" Zeke doesn't gain another yard this game

We lucked out. If they knew he would play like this they wouldnt have waited so late to take him.
