Our defense is as shitty on the field as it is on paper. Have not even pressured Eli, and no sign of forcing a turnover. Can't stop the run. Can't cover OBJ. Can't cover Cruz.

Elliott is a good player but Morris gives us enough. You can't spend a 4th overall pick on a RB and a 2nd round pick on a ghost and expect your awful defense to get better.

The fact that Carr and Claiborne are still starting (and even still on the roster) told me all I needed to know about what to expect this year from the defense and the front office.

Well, at least Dak looks good, Scandricks out for the rest of the game, so expect the giants to score at will putting pressure on Dak
The giants have figured out there is nothing to fear with the D and will drive right down the d'd throat, probably go for two and convert and now Dak has to try to come back from 21-9
it likely gets ugly from there
HATE our fucking shitty defense. 5 friggin minutes on the field and they give up 2 TDs on 3 drives

It's obvious the Giants are keying on stopping Zeke. Then they go into zone coverage to take away stuff over the top. Top it all off with Garrett and Linehan's woefully inadequate redzone offense and it's no wonder we aren't scoring TDs.

Much better defenses than the '16 Giants keyed on Emmitt and stacked the box all the time. Still couldn't stop him. Zeke just ain't getting it done right now. Too much hype for him to meet reasonable expectations.

Well unfortunately the fear everyone had about the defense seems to be playing out again. They just cant stop anything. Best plays are to hope a guy falls down or drops a ball.
Disappointing run game by us in first half, although clearly the Giants are loading up the box on 1st and 2nd down to stuff this run game. They are going to have to make a concerted effort to throw downfield some on early downs.
Prescott looking really good but we have to give him some help. Cant be dropping gimmee TD's like Beasley did.
