I'd hate to be whoever decided to give Suh that huge paycheck. All he's done is created controversy in the locker room. A complete non-entity on the field.

love it, wish the damn bills had showed up...I think the Giants are gonna be the team we have to worry about (assuming we can find some wins in Romos absence)

Yeah. The Giants are a mixed bag. Quietly winning. They have the 49ers. Never know what you will get with that team.

Him. Haynesworth. Probably others. When I become an NFL GM, I'll never pay another teams 300+ lb player a monster contract.

Bucs kicker missed an extra point. Poor rookie just losing his shit today. Flushed an NFL career down the drain on one sunday.

Jags kicker just missed two FG attempts to win the game, now in OT

Stealers are on their 3rd or 4th kicker now, and I think they gave away picks for two of them.

Everyone keeps talking about Matt Forte as the RB we should target via trade, but he's almost 30 I think

I doubt they'd trade for a RB anyway, but if they were going to I wonder if Doug Martin from TB might be a better fit, plus he's only 26. Had a really good game today vs good Carolina defense. TB is 1-3 now and way behind Atl and Carolina.

There's no way Joe Buck hasn't sucked multiple cocks in his life.

you cant make this shit up...LOL @ ESPN

Eagles now division favorites?

After picking up a game on the Cowboys in Week 3, the Eagles are now clear favorites to win the NFC East, according to ESPN's Football Power Index. Dallas is still close, but New York and Washington look like long shots.

I win the knockout pool with an Indy Loss

Jags kicker has now missed 3 Field Goals for the win

1000 bucks to the winner

I clearly have no luck

Well it's no surprise. The Redskins lost to the Dolphins and were 0-1. Then they beat the Rams and go 1-1, and all of a sudden they were pronounced the NFC East favorites. Their run offense was the only thing talked about on NFL.con for the entire week. Then they faced the Giants... and you. And once again, despite their win, their run game was underwhelming.

they're a few plays away from being undefeated, Coughlin seems to find a way to get something out of his teams and Eli never misses any damn games plus they might get a little help if Pierre can do anything when he gets back and the salsa dancer gets healthy, I'd make them the favorites right now unless something miraculous happens with some of our players

Question: The 0-3 Saints are seven-points favorites over the Cowboys and we don't know for sure if Drew Brees is going to play? I think the Cowboys should be favored. What's your take?

Kevin Sherrington: I hadn't even looked at the line yet, and I only have to say they're trying to invite your money. It'll shift before gametime. The Cowboys must win this game, and I think they will. The Saints' problems run deeper even than Brees' injuries.

Man lets quit with that bullshit. If you going to play "if this and that had happened", then it cuts both ways.

If the Cowboys didn't have those INTs --- one of them flukey --- happens quite a bit with the Giants, and Beasley does not fumble... we would have won by a larger margin.

Funny as to how people ignore that.

Take a look at the box score, we dominated in nearly every aspect except the turnovers.

Troys thoughts on...

On the current state of the Saints:

"They made a lot of moves in the offseason. When you trade Jimmy Graham, you're saying we're going to do things a little bit differently than the way that we've done them. They made some trades trying to upgrade that defense. They are trying to play the style of defense that Atlanta played last week. They looked at the blueprint last year when they see New England and Seattle in the Super Bowl and they said, okay, we've got better corners, we got guys who can play that style and that's what we're going to do. And that's what they have been trying to do. Offensively they are not the same as they've been. They don't have homefield advantage like they had. Last year they were 3-5 at home. And then I believe they just had the one home game this year which they lost so they've lost one already at home I know."

On Saints quarterback Drew Brees:

"Drew last year was not healthy. We had them in the preseason and he had gotten hurt early in the season (in 2014) with his rotator cuff and played through it much of the year. And I know coming into this year he was excited because he was healthy for the first time really in over a year. And then he took that hit which just kind of ignited all the things I guess he was going through last year so now he's having to battle that. I still have a lot of respect for him and I think he's far from being done."

On Saints head coach Sean Payton, a former Cowboys quarterbacks coach:

"I think a lot of Sean Payton. I think because of the history of Sean and the Cowboys having coached here, I do think this is a really, really meaningful game for him because of the relationships and I know how much he thinks of the Jones family and his time while he was here and also where they're at in this season. So prime time game, I still think it's a tough place to play even though as I said they haven't played well at home recently. So I do think it'll be a tough game for Dallas. I think they're going to get New Orleans' best shot and I don't think it's contingent on Drew Brees playing."

On his reaction to Jimmy Johnson's question about Jerry Jones' comments about Brandon Weeden:

"He completely threw me off. I know Jerry's responded to it. When I heard Jerry's comments, hey, Brandon throws the best ball or whatever the quote was, I'm so far removed from having played that none of that stuff even impacts me. I'm not thinking, well wait a minute, I played for the Cowboys. What about my throws? I mean it was just like, yeah, he (Weeden)'s a really talented passer. I understood exactly what he was saying so it never even entered my mind about me. I wasn't a part of that comment at all. So when Jimmy asked me I had no idea that that was coming and never took the comment that way."

On Johnson's relationship with Jones and people's reaction to his comment:

"Like I said at the end of that little tease, Jimmy's been caught so many times. They've been throwing barbs at each other so much over the last several years that he just loves when he perceives someone else as being in the middle of it with Jerry. So I hate that Jerry even felt the need to come out and comment on it. Are you kidding me? It's so crazy with the Internet and everything and social media, anybody says anything it gets taken completely out of whack. It really is frustrating when you make a comment and somebody wants to make headlines out of it. You're like, that's not the genesis of the comment. It's the world we're in."

I don't like games like this. Sets up perfect for the Saints to win their first game. We have a way of allowing teams to do such. Even if Romo was playing, I'd be feeling anxious.
