I think the Cowboys are 17 mil under the cap. Mincey lead the team in sacks and was one of the few guys getting to Rodgers. Pay him a little more, keep your depth, chemistry and limit distractions.

Marinelli revived his career. Let him try and go somewhere else and see what he gets. He has no leverage.
