Not sure whats out there, but I was really hoping they were gonna sign Isreal Idonije during the offseason. Could have really been nice backup depth at DE and DT, and had his two best yrs in the league playing for Marinelli the last two seasons. I think he signed with Detroit a few weeks ago.
Guessing we'll be looking throughout training camp and maybe at final cutdowns for another DE. Not sure Wilbur is big enough to be more than a sub RDE at this time.

OXNARD, Calif. — Dallas Cowboys defensive end Tyrone Crawford was carted off the field Sunday with what appeared to be a lower leg injury.
The Cowboys were less than an hour into their first practice of training camp when Crawford suffered the injury.
As he was carted off, the 2012 third-round pick had his hands over his face in apparent disbelief.
Crawford was projected to be one of the team’s top defensive reserves, having versatility to play both end and tackle. Cowboys coaches had predicted the 23-year-old to have a breakout season.

Just so glad we've been re-tooling the DL in the draft so we have all these young prospects to fall back on now that Ratliff and Crawford are out.

Same. Now we have no idea if he can adequately replace Spencer.
Pretty sure he was our only defensive lineman under the age of 42.
