I like how you had to clarify that you do 30 in one session without stopping.

Pretty intense.

Do you keep your knees off the ground as well?

I do NOT do "Richard Simmons" type pushups.

I do not touch the ground and sometimes even cross my legs by having one foot on the ground and the other crossed over top. Sometimes, I do Slappies where I push off hard on the up swing to lift my hands off the ground and clap & then put my hand on ground before I smash my chin on the floor. They are hard to do very often though.
