Who still trusts Terrance Williams? This is not a sure handed, hard running, fast, multipurpose WR. This is Todd Pinkston.

Finally, Dallas runs the clock with a ground game. Finally Jason allows the future of the team and the correction to his 6 year post Sparano fail in crafting a running game of Murray and Dunbar who can gash a team if given the chance.

Finally, Romo used quicker routes and throws to get first downs and allowed 3rd down and 1 or 2. There was 2nd and 6 and 3rd and 3 and they still tried to run. Teams that run well are both committed to run the ball but also try many different ways and means to correct a bad run with a better run. Imagine if teams had to worry about stopping the Dallas run? What would havoc the passing game then wreak?

Finally.
You, sir, have been sucked.

It's funny cause I say the same about dez Bryant but I get bashed cause why? I don't know. Dez has shown some flash but nothing consistent. But I guess since dez is supposed to be a badass we should forgive his bad hands and being a liability rather than a weapon. Ok!

Defense still can't really stop anyone. Rob Ryan was clearly not the problem here. We've lacked depth and playmakers in the secondary for about 15 years now (thanks Jerrah).

Like most, I see this season either ending vs. Philly in week 17 or maybe even before that. I think we drop the next two. We'll beat the Skins (cuz that's what everyone does to the Skins), and then just have to hope Vick somehow is the starter when Philly comes to town because Foles looks competent enough carve up the secondary now.

Either way, we are not beating a single team in the postseason IF we somehow make it. This entire team is just riding off Romo's coattails.

From 2:00 left in the second quarter on, we outscored the Raiders 24-3. I just don't understand how this team can't put a whole fucking game together consistently. we do that like twice a year. We didn't have any lucky breaks in that streak, or really any spectacular plays. Just a methodical beatdown of an inferior team. But we can only do it for 2 quarters over a span of 5 games.

Yeah but we've definitely improved in some areas as far as the coaching is concerned. We are killing it in the red zone lately. We're something like 18 TDs - 5 FGs our last 25 trips to the red zone. And that's something that seems more difficult to fix than getting the team focused and stay that way for 60 minutes.

I missed a lot of the game today and didn't really even care.

Saw a couple plays. Doug Free getting thrown like a child being the most memorable.

All things considered, The last scoring drive might have been the best drive this team has ever compiled. They moved the ball well, they destroyed the clock, they mixed up run and pass, they weren't super conservative, they got points, and they managed the clock properly.

After they farted around the whole first half and got the ball with just under two minutes left in the half, I turned to my wife and told her they'd march down the field and score without any real issues.

Sturm brought this up a lot last year. It is like they come up with a game plan that is totally ineffective and they dork around with it for awhile, then when they throw that out the window and play streetball, they do so much better.

With better coaching, this could be a dangerous offense.

It looks like that's exactly what's happening. We get down big and then Romo just goes where he wants to with it. Witten didn't have a single target until that last drive before the half.

We should not even have an OC. Just let Romo run the whole game like Peyton or something. Of course we don't have the structure for that, but he could still call everything in the huddle, old school style.

:lol Didn't that dope also negate a touchdown with a penalty?

Overall it was a good game.

I know a win is a win but if you're happy after this one you need your head checked. The way this defense is playing and the holes we have is laughable.

Even if we do win the division and make the playoffs we'll get knocked out of the first round. We can't stop anyone from scoring what's going to happen when we play Seattle, Carolina, New Orleans, San Francisco? They all have legit defenses.
