couple of new rules...offensive player lining up in backfield that plays for other team can take a 2 yd or so headstart forward and its not illegal motion

other teams WR can juggle ball and lose several yds before he actually catches it, but be rewarded with "forward progress" where he originally deflected the ball

4 penalties inside the redzone, not good. Special teams issues again...not good. Positives, Bryant is going to take over the league. OL looks improved. Defense can create turnovers but has no clue how to stop all those fucking gimmick offenses.
