I think I'd rather face Foles, just because we know what he is and what he can and can't do. Vick may not be great, but he has that wildcard factor where you don't really know what he will do, at least in our first time facing Kelly. I might not say the same if Reid were still there.

Even if Foles is better at this point, it's a big help to us that Vick isn't available at all. If he were, even if Foles started, I could see Vick subbing in there and Kelly doing some crazy things with him. Which could be a big problem.

Probably Foles just so the DL doesn't have run around chasing the QB all day and get worn out. Vick can extend the play long enough to let Jackson get deep and long enough for the defense to get spread out enough that a dump off to McCoy can be devastating.

Foles has a big arm too but lacks the mobility. A quick rush on him will end the play whereas a quick rush on Vick can leave you shit out of luck.
