Sorry, thought you mean the blocking part, which you can see on TV. That said, everyone there (players and coaches) talk about how he is considered one of the leaders of the team and is very passionate about it in the lockerroom and in the huddle.

People obsess over this too much IMO. Either the guy can play or he cant. the guy blocks the shit out of people. I dont care how he does it, but he does it. And thats what we need here, people who can block.

I watch alot of Alabama games because of where I live (they are on all the time) and I've never really seen him struggle in pass protection. And he flat out domnates as a run blocker.

Says Fluker is a T only and several NFL scouts told him he's very poor kicking left, so don't think he can play LT (as a swing guy). Doesn't think we will take him.

Two DTs worthy of #18 are Floyd and Richardson. Knows Floyd won't be there. Richardson, maybe. Don't dismiss trade ups.

Four OL worthy of 18, Warmack the only one who might be there.

Says his picks for #18 Warmack or...Get this... Eric Reid. Wild card: Eddie Lacy.

Word he hears on Vacarro? We like him, don't love him, at #18. And at 18 you better love him.

Just passing it along.

Great info. Thanks for posting, amigo.

I'd be okay with surrendering a 4th for a slight trade up. That's a throwaway round for us anyways.

I mean, if it led to us taking a trench player.

Eric Reid would be a collosal reach. And Eddie Lacy would be as well.... and would piss me off to no end.

Agree on Lacy. That would seriously piss me off. The last thing we need is another effing RB that won't get used anyway... Especially in the first.

It's hard to tell though, that might be more his opinion because he thinks we need one big sledgehammer type RB. But I'm pretty sure he's said in the past to look for us to take a bigger bodied RB instead of a scatback type to complement Murray.

And now that I think about it, we did love Richardson last year -- think we had him in the top 5. That would've pissed me off too even though he's a good player.

There's no way we are taking a RB in round one. I have a hard time thinking we'll even take one in round two. After that I wouldnt be surprised at using a pick in any other round.

That said, they say Nick Saban and the staff there absolutely love Lacy.

Someone mentioned we would be looking at a scatback type. Don't recall who though.

I mean, I guess I could get on board with Lacy because, truthfully, we field a different team when Murray is active. Defenses play us much softer because of the threat. But I'd sincerely hope we'd go heavy trenches the rest of the way.

Naw, fuck it. I'd hate it.

We should add a starter type at RB. Heck, one could be picked up as a UDFA.

If he excels only at RT, why is that a bad thing that he cannot be a swing OT? We already have a swing OT in Parnell. The guy is a road-grade and excellant in pass protection---we need this at the RT spot. Can Warmack kick on over and play Center? We know that Cooper can, but should we pass on Warmack if he's there because he can't play Center?

Doubt we will tradeup in the 1st consecutive years. Shouldn't be trading up anyway, have too many holes that need filling.

I know he's tiny and didn't have great measurables at the Combine, but I would love to have Ace Sanders here. He's not as bad a route runner as you might think. He sure can explode into them though.

Raiders are trading for Matt Flynn.

Didn't see them mocked as taking a QB in the first anyway, but it's just one more QB needy team that won't have to force a pick there.
