Sensing momentum behind Marcus Lattimore draft stock. Top 50 possible. Peerless character will win teams over, break ties in war rooms.

Fri, 22 Feb 2013 20:18:08 -0800

Alabama C Barrett Jones (foot) had surgery six weeks ago to repair a Lisfranc injury to his left foot. Might explain why we are interested in him. Saw one comment elsewhere from some scout that he was "Gronkowski like" as well.

NFL | Travis Kelce's stock might rise
Fri, 22 Feb 2013 19:34:53 -0800

University of Cincinnati TE Travis Kelce (abdominal) is a tight end who might see his stock rise, as he is considered one of the best, if not the best, blocking tight ends in the 2013 NFL Draft. However, he is battling an abdominal tear, and did not work out Friday, Feb. 22, at the NFL Scouting Combine.

They wont be there, but I'd take Warmack because IMO, he is the better player and did it against the best talent (SEC defenses)

Would be happy with either though.

If Cooper and Warmack are both there, who do you guys think we take?

As much as I love Cooper, I think Warmack is better. I think my infatuation with Cooper started with the idea Warmack would never be available to us. It would be a great problem to have.

Really thinking that unless somebody they just love falls in their lap at 18, trading down is the smart play for us this year.

Would be great if we could get another couple mid round picks.

I like both, but I'd take Cooper because he can play both center and guard. Plus, he looks sharp in these drills today. Smart kid and very coachable.
