the hold up is the Bengals want assurances, weight limits etc. I would expect us to do the same. No reason the Cowboys can't match what the Bengals are trying only make the incentives & bonuses larger. Smith was pretty damn good the last 2 years.

If we know he'll stay motivated and in decent shape, then I agree with you he'd be the ideal addition now. Still young, still has upside.
