Aren't all sleepers therefore pet cats?

What is the definition of "under the radar" guys?

A sleeper can be a pet cat but a pet cat does not have to be a sleeper.

Under the radar guys and sleepers are probably the same thing.

Taylor Mays was very much my pet cat 3 years ago. He was always rated as a 1st or 2nd rounder.

Two years ago, Tyron Smith and Patrick Peterson were my pet cats. Last year, DeCastro was and this year, it's Johnathan Cooper.
