By the way, the 2009 draft aka Final Desination 2009, claims another victim. It's only 3 years later and only Victor Butler and John Phillips are still on the roster. Our performance in that draft may be one of the worst in recent history.

I think the implication was more that he was never waived to be put on a practice squad, therefore, no one had the chance to pass on him.
