Although I did want DeCastro and still think he'll make a fine NFL guard, I was not really in the camp of trading next year's 1st to jump up and get him. I would have been tempted once he got down to the 20's but even then, I hate trading next year's 1st round picks in any trade.

Hatcher Banged Up

Defensive end Jason Hatcher, one player the Cowboys might be the most excited about this year, suffered a hamstring injury that will likely keep him out a few days, definitely through Sunday’s scrimmage.


that is why him saying the team has no leaders and making the actual leaders look bad last year was bullshit. Spare parts should keep there mouths shut about the better players. This applies to hatcher in spades.

Some of these guys must expect to get injured and miss time. It seems that is what they are used to...

I think the preseason is important this year, we have to have everyone playing smart hard football like we did under parcells in training camp when the backups were good. Our backups should be good this year with orton throwing the ball and guys like lemmon, connor, butler, lissemore etc out there..

they all need to get healthy.
